Louisiana is an international museum with a distinguished and considerable collection of modern art with over 3,500 works, and presents six to ten special exhibitions annually. It covers the key artistic periods from 1945 to the present day, including works by Picasso, Giacometti, Dubuffet, Yves Klein, Andy Warhol, Rauschenberg, Henry Moore, Louise Bourgeois, Philip Guston, Morris Louis, Jorn, Baselitz, Polke, Kiefer, and Per Kirkeby.
Louisiana has a long-standing tradition of featuring prominent cultural-historical exhibitions and presenting large, international photography, design and architecture shows.
