Day 1
• Arrival at Helsinki airport. Meet and greet service. Private transfer to the hotel.
• Check-in at the Hotel 4* or 5*;
• Meeting with a guide in the hotel lobby and the beginning of a gastronomic walk in Helsinki – Food – tour of Helsinki combined with a city tour and familiarity with Finnish gastronomy, philosophy and way of life
• We will visit the oldest market VANHA KAUPPAHALLI , which has been welcoming guests since 1889! And local experts in the field of gastronomy will tell about the history of the market, hold a brief overview of the historical role of markets in Finland, and will tell about the Finnish specialties (try a few basic), culture and traditions, as well as where the Finns prefer to buy products;
• Lunch in a restaurant Ultima that combines the star culinary tandem of two talented chefs. Owners treat guests with traditional dishes with modern twists;
• Free time;
• Reservations at the oldest Lappi Ravintola with a special atmosphere and interior. Be sure to try reindeer meat with cranberry sauce, fish soup, Lapland bread, homemade wine and coffee, which is served in a wooden mug ( Kuksa in Finnish )
• Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2
• Breakfast in the hotel;
• Meeting with a guide in the hotel lobby and shopping tour. Depending on your preferences we go shopping for clothes, jewelry or famous Finnish tableware – dishes, textiles and decorative elements with a classic decor. There will be an opportunity to see all the variety of forms of both classic and modern tableware made by Finnish designers ;
• Free time for walking around the city ;
• Lunch in one of the authentic restaurants of Helsinki. Try the famous Finnish classics of local cuisine : roast reindeer, smoked salmon, Lapland bread and much more;
• Trip to Suomenlina island – a historical fortress and one of Finland’s most popular sights with walls, cannons, tunnels, a submarine, museums, cafés, restaurants and even a brewery! It offers you a unique chance to see and photograph Helsinki from the sea. The fortress is one of the seven UNESCO World Heritage sites in Finland. transfer to the venue of the master class;
• Transfer from the Kauppatori terminal to the cooking masterclass where during a few hours under the guidance of an experienced chef, we will cook dishes from seasonal wild berries and mushrooms in one of the best authentic restaurants in Helsinki (master class can be group and individual ) ;
• Dinner from cooked dishes with Finnish berry wine . Upon the recommendation an experienced sommelier can recommend you a wine to your taste or do a small master class on food pairing;
• Transfer to the hotel ;
• Overnight at the hotel .

Day 3
• Breakfast in the hotel;
• Meeting with a guide in the hotel lobby and a full day trip to Porvoo;
• We will start with a Porvoo city tour. Porvoo is Finland’s second oldest town, a beautiful city full of history. Old Porvoo is famous for its narrow lanes and brick-coloured riverside warehouses.
• Stop for the lunch in local café
• Finland and its amazing nature can not be imagined without wild berries: cloudberries, lingonberries , cranberries, blueberries. So we’re going for a sweet trip to know more about traditional Finnish wild berries jams on the Porvoo Archipelago . The CEO and founder of the small family factory will tell the story and technology and answer all your questions. (it is impossible to have a tour inside the factory due to strict sanitary requirements and standards, but the director will tell, show and let you try as much as possible) ;
• Jam tasting with different products: bread, traditional Finnish cheese, meat combined with jams and porridge;
• Return to the hotel;
• Overnight at the hotel

Day 4
• Breakfast in the hotel;
• Meeting with a driver-guide in the hotel lobby and a full day trip to Siuntio to enjoy finnish nature;
• Fishing in the river and sea with a picnic on the island;
• After fishing we will come back to have a cooking master class on cooking Finnish specialties from fish with a very experienced chef Henrik Roop Rehbinder. He will conduct an individual master-class and tell you what kind of fish you can replace Finnish without losing taste and quality of dishes, uncover the secret of Scandinavian cuisine and running the restaurant business in general, because more than 10 years ago Henrik himself opened a restaurant that is now very popular . Besides, he is an experienced fisherman and the best specialist in fish dishes. (individual master class) ;
• Dinner made from cooked dishes with Finnish liqueurs degustation , specially selected by the chef ;
• Return to the hotel;
